1. Publisher and purpose

CLIKBIL does not sell any product. The site does not sell, buy, hold, store, ship or appraise any machine, part or accessory. It offers only a listing service : publication of listings and putting members in touch. The only paid services, described below, relate to this listing service and never to a good.

These terms govern CLIKBIL's paid services: the unlocking of private offers of a "Wanted" listing, and the member plans (listings and technical documentation). Free use of the site is governed by the Terms of use.

2. Services

Unlocking private offers. A member who publishes a "Wanted" listing receives private offers from sellers, sent through a public sale listing. The number of offers is visible free of charge. Unlocking gives access to the content of all offers received for that wanted listing (seller, proposed price, message, link to their listing), including those received after payment, for as long as the listing is online. It is tied to one wanted listing.

Member plans. Every member, private or professional, benefits free of charge from the Discovery plan: 1 ad machine listing per calendar month and 4 technical documents per 12-month period (manuals, diagrams, parts catalogues hosted by third parties and displayed on the site; a document already opened remains readable). "Wanted" listings et de pièces détachées are not limited. Paid plans raise these limits for the duration purchased (30 days or 1 year depending on the plan), with no automatic renewal: the member renews when they wish and the duration is added to the current period.

3. Prices

Prices in euros, FR41489300731. Unlocking private offers: [tarif à définir]. Plan Passion (5 annonces par mois, 15 documents par an) : 49 € for 1 an. Plan Illimité (annonces illimitées, documentation illimitée) : 15 € for 30 jours. Plan Illimité annuel (annonces illimitées, documentation illimitée) : 149 € for 1 an. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of payment.

4. Order and payment

The order is confirmed by online payment via PayPal. CLIKBIL neither receives nor keeps the buyer's bank details. The service is activated as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers. These digital services are provided immediately after payment. The consumer buyer expressly requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (articles L221-25 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This consent is collected by a tick box before payment.

Refunds. CLIKBIL refunds a payment in the event of double payment or of a service not delivered after payment (access not unlocked, technical error not corrected within 48 hours). CLIKBIL may also refund a payment at the customer's request; such a refund ends the commercial relationship and the account concerned may be suspended. No refund is due as of right because an offer is unsuitable or because a sale did not go through. Professional subscriptions are non-refundable for the period paid.

6. Liability

Role of CLIKBIL. CLIKBIL is merely a technical hosting and intermediary service. The site is not a party to the sales, purchases, exchanges or rentals concluded between members, which are direct contracts between them. Only the seller or advertiser is responsible for their listing: existence and ownership of the machine, description, photos, condition, price, conformity, statutory warranties (including warranty against hidden defects), lawfulness of the sale, delivery or handover, and payment between members, which never goes through CLIKBIL.

What CLIKBIL does not guarantee. The site does not check listings or offers before or after publication, does not verify members' identity, and guarantees neither the quality or safety of machines, nor the honesty of listings and offers, nor that a sale will be completed. It disclaims all liability in the event of a dispute, defect, non-delivery, non-payment, scam or damage resulting from a transaction between members. Unlocking offers gives access to offers, never a guarantee of sale.

Safety advice. Check the machine before paying, do not make a bank transfer or send codes before you have seen it, and prefer collecting in person.

Limit. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned (unlock or subscription), except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct and subject to mandatory consumer law provisions. The publisher is not liable for interruptions or unavailability of the site or of PayPal.

7. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint: contact@clikbil.com. If there is a problem with a paid service, CLIKBIL refunds the payment concerned in full via PayPal; the service is then withdrawn and the refunded member's account may be closed.

8. Personal data

The data needed for the order (username, e-mail, payment reference) is processed to provide the service and to meet accounting obligations. Right of access, rectification and erasure: contact@clikbil.com. PayPal processes payment data under its own policy.

9. Governing law

French law. Between businesses, the courts of paris have jurisdiction.
