Terms of use

Draft to be validated before public launch.

CLIKBIL puts private individuals in touch for the sale and exchange of pinball machines, arcade cabinets, parts and accessories. The site is free and takes no part in any transaction: it handles no payment, delivery or warranty.

Private individuals can sell and exchange. Professionals ("pro" account, identified by a PRO badge) can sell, rent and list themselves as repairers. Prohibited: unlawful, misleading or counterfeit content, scam attempts, and professional listings posted from a private account. Moderation may refuse or remove any listing and ban a member.

Messaging: your contact details are never displayed. Never send a bank transfer or a code before you have seen the machine.

Auctions: a seller may put their machine up for auction for a fixed period shown by a countdown, with an optional reserve price. A bid commits its author to buy if they win; if the best bid reaches the reserve, the seller commits to sell to the winner. CLIKBIL merely puts the two parties in touch: it is neither seller nor agent, collects no payment and arranges no delivery. Fake bids or bids intended to drive up the price are prohibited and result in a ban.

Repairers: this section is a free directory. The site does not guarantee the quality of repairs.

Personal data: e-mail address, username, département and IP address (for security) are kept for the operation of the service. Right of access and erasure on request to contact@clikbil.com.
